Providence, Rhode Island rapper Don Diz a.k.a. King Diz presents T.G.I.F.U. 2, his new album featuring Scrap Nyce, Late Nite Snacks, Des, Pakistan Bills and Young Ether, produced entirely by Lloyd Banks collaborator Ty Nitty. The album comes on the heels of the release of the music video for single “Aliens” (watch). Diz’s previous releases include T.G.I.F.U. 1, New Diz City (listen). Diz calls the new album “a reflexion of my current mind state and where I’m at mentally. As a artist and a fan of hip hop, I wanted to put out the kind of music that will touch souls with heavy content and substance. Each song was written by me and produced by Ty Nitty Tha Producer. The beauty of this album is that the album wasn’t premeditated, we pretty much went in and recorded our raw emotions in each session.”
